A solo Exhibition by Anne Radu with an evening view on Friday 27th march 7 – 9pm providing an opportunity to meet Anne.
Anne Radu is one of the UK’s leading contemporary female artists. Her unique style has attracted much interest at exhibitions in the UK and abroad and we are delighted to have Anne at the gallery for this exhibition.
Work to be shown falls into the following (overlapping) categories:
Photographic prints on canvas and on archive quality photographic paper, on the theme of Spring, landscapes, and seascapes and some featuring Torquay. Most created especially for this exhibition.
Seascapes and boat themed paintings. Mixed media, acrylic and some prints, which are part of an ongoing series.
Psychedelic and brightly coloured paintings using mixed media and 3d elements. The psychedelic series was started in the 70s and is ongoing!
Selected paintings from the Dreamscape series: Mixed media and acrylic on canvas and paper, some prints. Ephemeral landscapes and seascapes with a lot of atmosphere.
There will also be mosaics, jewellery, glass and suncatchers.
