Police appeal for information following knifepoint robbery in Plymouth

Detectives in Plymouth are appealing for witnesses following a robbery at knifepoint.

A pizza delivery driver was robbed at knifepoint in Plymouth last night, December 3rd 2018.

The Domino’s pizza delivery driver was delivering an order to Walton Crescent, Manadon, at around 8pm when he was approached by a man carrying a knife.

The suspect demanded the pizza and cash and then fled in the area via Hilton Avenue.

The stolen pizzas were valued at £25.00, were within a Domino’s branded heat bag and a small amount of cash was taken.

Despite no violence being used against the victim, and no injuries were caused the police are investigating and seeking the suspect.

The suspect is descried as white, in his late teens to early 20s around 5ft 7ins tall and of slim build.

On the night of the robbery he wore a grey hooded top with a scarf covering his face.
