Impact Measurement – A One Day Workshop

Want to know how to demonstrate the difference your community organisation is making and help design an impact measurement tool for groups across Torbay?

This one day workshop will:

•  look at why it is important to measure outcomes
•  help you to establish how your activities meet your goals
•  provide tips on how your organisation can easily collect data
• give examples of ways to evaluate the work you do
• provide the basis for a ‘Torbay Tool’ to help community groups across Torbay demonstrate their social impact

Impact Measurement Toolkit Workshop Programme

Purpose: To bring together TDCT staff, volunteers and Torbay VCS beneficiaries to co-design an Impact Measurement toolkit to be used by TCDT and voluntary and community organisation across Torbay

An Introduction to:

• Developing a theory of change for your organisation
• Identifying beneficiaries
•  Deciding themes of potential impact
•  How to involve stakeholders
•  Scoping outcomes
•  Drawing up a list of indicators
•  How to produce survey questions
•  Collecting data
•  Data analysis
• Data protection & ethics
•  Developing a Torbay Framework of Impact Measurement
